Art. 5 Publication in electronic form

If personal data is made generally accessible by means of automated information and communications services for the purpose of providing information to the general public, this is not deemed to be transborder disclosure.

Art. 5 Veröffentlichung in elektronischer Form

Werden Personendaten mittels automatisierter Informations- und Kommunikationsdienste zwecks Information der Öffentlichkeit allgemein zugänglich gemacht, so gilt dies nicht als Übermittlung ins Ausland.
