Art. 7

The assistance provided by the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) extends to the transport of goods that are unlawfully marked with protected public domestic or foreign signs into or out of the customs territory, including the storage of such goods in a customs warehouse or free port.

5 The name of this administrative unit was changed on 1 Jan. 2022 in application of Art. 20 para. 2 of the Publications Ordinance of 7 Oct. 2015 (SR 170.512.1) (AS 2021 589). This change has been made throughout the text.

Art. 7

Die Hilfeleistung des Bundesamts für Zoll und Grenzsicherheit (BAZG) erstreckt sich auf das Verbringen von Waren, die widerrechtlich mit geschützten öffentlichen Zeichen des In- oder Auslandes gekennzeichnet sind, in das oder aus dem Zollgebiet, einschliesslich der Lagerung solcher Waren in einem Zolllager oder Zollfreilager.

5 Die Bezeichnung der Verwaltungseinheit wurde in Anwendung von Art. 20 Abs. 2 der Publikationsverordnung vom 7. Okt. 2015 (SR 170.512.1) auf den 1. Jan. 2022 angepasst (AS 2021 589). Diese Anpassung wurde im ganzen Text vorgenommen.
