Art. 40b

Any person who intends to use a patented biotechnological invention as an instrument or means for research is entitled to a non-exclusive licence.

Art. 40b

Wer eine patentierte biotechnologische Erfindung als Instrument oder Hilfsmittel zur Forschung benützen will, hat Anspruch auf eine nicht ausschliessliche Lizenz.
