1 The proprietor of the patent has the right to the certificate.
2 Only one certificate shall be granted for each product.261
3 In the event that two or more proprietors of a patent file applications for the same product based on different patents and no certificate has yet been granted, the certificate may be granted to each applicant.262

1 Anspruch auf das Zertifikat hat der Patentinhaber.
2 Je Erzeugnis wird das Zertifikat nur einmal erteilt.261
3 Reichen jedoch aufgrund unterschiedlicher Patente für das gleiche Erzeugnis mehrere Patentinhaber ein Gesuch ein und ist noch kein Zertifikat erteilt worden, so kann das Zertifikat jedem Gesuchsteller erteilt werden.262
