Art. 30

The amount of the fees to be paid under this Act and its ordinance as well as the terms of payment are governed by the Fee Regulations of 28 April 199713 of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE-GebO).

Art. 30

Die Höhe der nach diesem Gesetz und seiner Verordnung zu zahlenden Gebühren sowie die Zahlungsmodalitäten richten sich nach der Gebührenordnung des Eidgenössischen Instituts für Geistiges Eigentum vom 28. April 199713 (IGE-GebO).
