Art. 25 Publication

1 On the basis of the entries in the Register, the IPI shall publish the particulars of the design provided for in the Ordinance and a reproduction of the filed design.

2 The IPI determines the organ of publication.

Art. 25 Veröffentlichung

1 Das IGE veröffentlicht auf Grund der Eintragungen im Register die in der Verordnung vorgesehenen Angaben sowie eine Reproduktion des hinterlegten Designs.

2 Das IGE bestimmt das Publikationsorgan.
