Art. 17a Further processing for missed time limits

For the further processing of an application which was refused due to failure to observe a time limit (Art. 41 TmPA), a further processing fee must be paid.

Art. 17a Weiterbehandlung bei Fristversäumnis

Für die Weiterbehandlung eines wegen Fristversäumnis zurückgewiesenen Gesuchs (Art. 41 MSchG) ist eine Weiterbehandlungsgebühr zu bezahlen.
