Art. 27c Trade mark regulations

1 The applicant for a geographical mark must file regulations governing the use of the mark with the IPI.

2 The regulations must correspond to the product specification or the applicable provisions; they may not provide for remuneration in exchange for use of the geographical mark.

Art. 27c Markenreglement

1 Der Hinterleger einer geografischen Marke muss dem IGE ein Reglement über den Gebrauch der Marke einreichen.

2 Das Reglement muss dem Pflichtenheft oder der massgebenden Regelung entsprechen; es darf für den Gebrauch der geografischen Marke kein Entgelt vorsehen.
