Art. 18 Scope

The assistance provided by the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) shall extend to the movement of goods into or out of the customs territory if it is suspected that their distribution infringes applicable legislation in Switzerland on copyright and related rights.

Art. 18 Bereich

Die Hilfeleistung des Bundesamts für Zoll und Grenzsicherheit (BAZG) erstreckt sich auf das Verbringen von Waren, bei denen der Verdacht besteht, dass ihre Verbreitung gegen die in der Schweiz geltende Gesetzgebung über das Urheberrecht oder die verwandten Schutzrechte verstösst, ins oder aus dem Zollgebiet.
