Art. 1077 d. Publication

1 The call for presentation of the bill of exchange must be published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce.821

2 In special cases the court may adopt other appropriate means for publicising the call for presentation.

Art. 1074 a. Pflichten des Gesuchstellers

1 Ist der Inhaber des Wechsels unbekannt, so kann die Kraftloserklärung des Wechsels verlangt werden.

2 Wer die Kraftloserklärung begehrt, hat den Besitz und Verlust des Wechsels glaubhaft zu machen und entweder eine Abschrift des Wechsels oder Angaben über dessen wesentlichen Inhalt beizubringen.
