Art. 30 Approval by the Confederation

The Federal Directorate of Cadastral Surveying shall approve the cadastral surveying work, provided that:

a.
the data complies with the technical and quality requirements under federal law; and
b.
the surveying work was approved by the canton.

Art. 30 Anerkennung durch den Bund

Die Eidgenössische Vermessungsdirektion anerkennt das Vermessungswerk, wenn:

a.
die Daten den technischen und qualitativen Anforderungen des Bundesrechts entsprechen; und
b.
das Vermessungswerk vom Kanton genehmigt wurde.
