Art. 197 II. Acquired property

¹ Acquired property comprises those assets which a spouse has acquired for valuable consideration during the marital property regime.

² In particular, the acquired property of a spouse comprises:

1.: the proceeds from his or her employment;
2.: benefits received from staff welfare schemes, social security and social welfare institutions;
3.: compensation for inability to work;
4.: income derived from his or her own property;
5.: property acquired to replace acquired property.

Art. 196 I. Zusammensetzung

Der Güterstand der Errungenschaftsbeteiligung umfasst die Errungenschaft und das Eigengut jedes Ehegatten.
