Art. 33 Involvement of representations

(Art. 32 SAA)

1 The representations shall draw the applicant’s attention to their rights and obligations.

2 They shall provide applicants with advice and support where necessary and feasible.

Art. 33 Mitwirkung der Vertretung

(Art. 32 ASG)

1 Die Vertretung macht die gesuchstellende Person auf ihre Rechte und Pflichten aufmerksam.

2 Sie berät und betreut die gesuchstellende Person, soweit es nötig und möglich ist.
