Procedures are governed by the Administrative Procedure Act of 20 December 196810 (APA), the Federal Administrative Court Act of 17 June 200511 and the Federal Supreme Court Act of 17 June 200512, unless this Act provides otherwise.

Verfahren richten sich nach dem Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz vom 20. Dezember 196810 (VwVG), dem Verwaltungsgerichtsgesetz vom 17. Juni 200511 und dem Bundesgerichtsgesetz vom 17. Juni 200512, soweit das vorliegende Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt.
