Art. 31 Preparation of decisions by the cantons

The FDJP may with the consent of the cantons determine that cantonal officials prepare the decisions on behalf of and under the supervision of SEM.

Art. 31 Entscheidvorbereitung durch die Kantone

Das EJPD kann im Einverständnis mit den Kantonen festlegen, dass Angestellte kantonaler Behörden unter der Leitung des SEM Entscheide zuhanden des SEM vorbereiten.
