Art. 2 Asylum

1 In response to an application, Switzerland grants asylum to refugees in accordance with this Act.

2 Asylum includes the protection and the legal status granted in Switzerland to persons on the basis of their refugee status. It includes the right to stay in Switzerland.

Art. 2 Asyl

1 Die Schweiz gewährt Flüchtlingen auf Gesuch hin Asyl; massgebend ist dieses Gesetz.

2 Asyl umfasst den Schutz und die Rechtsstellung, die Personen aufgrund ihrer Flüchtlingseigenschaft in der Schweiz gewährt werden. Es schliesst das Recht auf Anwesenheit in der Schweiz ein.
