Art. 98a Use of police control and restraint techniques and police measures by the enforcement authorities

The persons entrusted with the enforcement of this Act may use police control and restraint techniques and police measures in order to fulfil their duties, provided it is justified by the legal interests to be protected. The Use of Force Act of 20 March 2008311 applies.

Art. 98a Anwendung von polizeilichem Zwang und polizeilichen Massnahmen durch die Vollzugsbehörden

Das mit dem Vollzug dieses Gesetzes beauftragte Personal darf zur Erfüllung seines Auftrags und, soweit die zu schützenden Rechtsgüter es rechtfertigen, polizeilichen Zwang und polizeiliche Massnahmen anwenden. Das Zwangsanwendungsgesetz vom 20. März 2008311 ist anwendbar.
