The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,
on the basis of Articles 54 paragraph 1, 123 paragraph 1 and 173 paragraph 2 of the Federal Constitution1,2
and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch dated 19 February 20143,
decrees:
2 Amended by Annex No II 1 of the FA of 25 Sept. 2020 on the Approval and Implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism and its Additional Protocol and the Strengthening of Criminal Justice Instruments for combating Terrorism and Organised Crime, in force since 1 July 2021 (AS 2021 360; BBl 2018 6427).

gestützt auf die Artikel 54 Absatz 1, 123 Absatz 1 und 173 Absatz 2
der Bundesverfassung1,2
nach Einsicht in die Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 19. Februar 20143,
beschliesst:
2 Fassung gemäss Anhang Ziff. II 1 des BB vom 25. Sept. 2020 über die Genehmigung und die Umsetzung des Übereinkommens des Europarats zur Verhütung des Terrorismus mit dem dazugehörigen Zusatzprotokoll sowie über die Verstärkung des strafrechtlichen Instrumentariums gegen Terrorismus und organisierte Kriminalität, in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2021 (AS 2021 360; BBl 2018 6427).
