The FIS shall ensure by means of suitable quality assurance and control measures that the lawful implementation of this Act both within the FIS and within the cantonal security services is guaranteed.
Der NDB stellt durch geeignete Qualitätssicherungs- und Kontrollmassnahmen sicher, dass der rechtskonforme Vollzug dieses Gesetzes sowohl innerhalb des NDB als auch bei den Sicherheitsbehörden der Kantone gewährleistet ist.
