Art. 67 Exception from the principle of freedom of information
The Freedom of Information Act of 17 December 200429 does not apply to access to official documents relating to information gathering in terms of this Act.

Das Öffentlichkeitsgesetz vom 17. Dezember 200429 gilt nicht für den Zugang zu amtlichen Dokumenten betreffend die Informationsbeschaffung nach diesem Gesetz.
