Art. 41 Vollzug

1 Der Bundesrat erlässt die zur Umsetzung dieses Gesetzes notwendigen Bestimmungen.

2 Er kann die FINMA, die ESBK, das EJPD sowie das BAZG ermächtigen, in Belangen von beschränkter Tragweite, namentlich in vorwiegend technischen Angelegenheiten, Ausführungsbestimmungen zu erlassen.213

Art. 42 Transitional provision to the Amendment of 15 June 2018

1 Financial intermediaries as defined in Article 2 paragraph 3 which at the time of the entry into force of the amendment to this Act of 15 June 2018 have FINMA authorisation in accordance with Article 14 must join a recognised self-regulatory organisation. They must submit their request within one year. They may continue to perform their activity until a decision has been made concerning their request.

2 The final provisions of the PMCA215 apply to trade assayers and group companies subject to the PMCA.216
