Art. 34a

1 Das Zentralamt bearbeitet im Rahmen der Aufsicht nach Artikel 12 Buchstabe bter GwG59 und Artikel 42ter des Gesetzes Daten, einschliesslich Personendaten.

2 Diese Daten werden für folgende Zwecke bearbeitet:

a.
die Prüfung der Beaufsichtigten;
b.
die Aufsicht;
c.
die Führung eines Verfahrens;
d.
die Beurteilung der Gewähr für die Erfüllung der Pflichten nach dem GwG;
e.
die nationale und internationale Amts- und Rechtshilfe.

3 Das Zentralamt führt ein Verzeichnis der Beaufsichtigten.

Art. 34a

1 As part of the supervision in accordance with Article 12 letter bter of the AMLA59 and Article 42ter of the Act, the Central Office shall process data, including personal data.

2 This data shall be processed for the following purposes:

a.
auditing the supervised entities;
b.
supervision;
c.
conducting proceedings;
d.
assessing the guarantee of compliance with the duties under the AMLA;
e.
national and international administrative and legal assistance.

3 The Central Office shall keep a register of supervised entities.
