Art. 107

1 Bei begründeter Beanstandung hat der Gesuchsteller die Prüfungsgebühr und die Kosten zu bezahlen.

2 Prüfungsgebühren und Kosten des Zentralamtes werden vom Kontrollamt mit seiner eigenen Forderung eingezogen.

Art. 107

1 In the case of a justified objection, the applicant must pay the testing fee and expenses incurred.

2 The Central Office’s testing fees and expenses shall be collected by the Assay Office along with its own charges.
