910.124 Ordinance of the FDEA of 11 June 1999 on the Minimum Requirements for Control Procedures of Protected Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications (Ordinance on the Control of PDOs and PGIs)
Art. 6 Berichterstattung
Die Zertifizierungsstelle liefert dem Bundesamt für Landwirtschaft jährlich für jede geschützte Bezeichnung einen Bericht, welcher folgende Angaben enthält:
- a.
- die Liste der kontrollierten Unternehmen, aufgegliedert nach den Kategorien «Produktion», «Verarbeitung» und «Veredelung»;
- b.
- die Gesamtmenge der mit der geschützten Bezeichnung vermarkteten Produkte;
- c.
- die Anzahl und die Art der getroffenen Korrekturmassnahmen und der Entzüge von Zertifikaten für jede geschützte Bezeichnung.
Art. 6 Reporting
The certification body shall provide an annual report to the Federal Office for Agriculture for each protected indication, containing the following information:
- a.
- the list of undertakings under review, categorized by «production», «processing» and «refining»;
- b.
- the total amount of products marketed with the protected indication;
- c.
- the number and the type of corrective measures enacted and any suspension of certificates for each protected indication.
