Art. 35a Übergangsbestimmung zur Änderung vom 31. Oktober 2018

Für besonders gefährliche Unkräuter nach Anhang 6 der Pflanzenschutzverordnung vom 27. Oktober 201041 gilt die Einschliessungspflicht nach Artikel 5 Absatz 1 Buchstabe c noch bis zum 31. Dezember 2023.

Art. 35a Transitional provision to the Amendment of 31 October 2018

The duty to contain particularly dangerous plants as listed in Annex 6 of the Plant Protection Ordinance of 27 October 201042 in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 1 letter c applies until 31 December 2023.
