Art. 17 Bewilligungspflicht

Eine Bewilligung des BAFU benötigt, wer folgende Organismen im Versuch freisetzen will:

a.
gentechnisch veränderte Organismen;
b.
pathogene Organismen;
c.
gebietsfremde wirbellose Kleintiere, die für den direkten Umgang in der Umwelt und nicht als Heimtiere bestimmt sind.

Art. 17 Licensing requirement

Any person who intends to release the following organisms for experimental purposes shall require a licence from the FOEN:

a.
genetically modified organisms;
b.
pathogenic organisms;
c.
alien small invertebrates that are intended for use in the environment and not as pets.
