Art. 6a Zahlungsfrist

1 Die Zahlungsfrist beträgt 30 Tage.

2 Bei verspäteter Zahlung ist ein Verzugszins von jährlich 3,5 Prozent geschuldet.

Art. 6a Period allowed for payment

1 The period allowed for payment amounts to 30 days.

2 If payment is not made within the period allowed, default interest of 3.5 per cent per annum becomes due.
