Art. 42 Gebühren

Der Bundesrat setzt die Gebühren fest für:

a.: die Erteilung, die Übertragung, die Änderung und den Entzug von Bewilligungen;
b.: die Ausübung der Aufsicht und die Durchführung von Kontrollen;
c.: die Sammlung, Konditionierung, Lagerung und Beseitigung von radioaktiven Abfällen.

Art. 42 Fees

The Federal Council shall set the fees for:

a.: the granting, transfer, modification and revocation of licences;
b.: the exercise of supervision and the performance of inspections;
c.: the collection, conditioning, storage and disposal of radioactive waste.
