Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf die Artikel 5, 12 Absatz 2, 13 Absatz 1, 16 Absatz 2, 19, 21
Absatz 2, 23, 39 Absatz 1, 40 und 45 des Umweltschutzgesetzes
vom 7. Oktober 19831 (Gesetz),

verordnet:

1 SR 814.01

Preamble

The Swiss Federal Council,

on the basis of Articles 5, 12 paragraph 2, 13 paragraph 1, 16 paragraph 2, 19, 21 paragraph 2, 23, 39 paragraph 1, 40 and 45 of the Federal Act of 7 October 19831 on the Protection of the Environment (the Act),

ordains:

1 SR 814.01
