814.01 Federal Act of 7 October 1983 on the Protection of the Environment (Environmental Protection Act, EPA)
Art. 30d Verwertung
Der Bundesrat kann:
- a.
- vorschreiben, dass bestimmte Abfälle verwertet werden müssen, wenn dies wirtschaftlich tragbar ist und die Umwelt weniger belastet als eine andere Entsorgung und die Herstellung neuer Produkte;
- b.
- die Verwendung von Materialien und Produkten für bestimmte Zwecke einschränken, wenn dadurch der Absatz von entsprechenden Produkten aus der Abfallverwertung gefördert wird und dies ohne wesentliche Qualitätseinbusse und Mehrkosten möglich ist.
Art. 30d Recovery
The Federal Council may:
- a.
- require certain types of waste to be recovered if this is economically feasible and harms the environment less than other forms of disposal and the manufacture of new products;
- b.
- restrict the use of substances and products for certain purposes if this will promote the sale of equivalent products made from recovered waste without significant loss of quality or additional cost.
