Art. 31a Kennzeichnung

1 Wer für das Inverkehrbringen behandelter Waren verantwortlich ist, muss:

a.
sie nach Artikel 58 Absätze 3, 4 und 6 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 528/2012158 etikettieren; und
b.
die massgebenden Angaben nach der ChemRRV159 in der Gebrauchsanweisung übernehmen.

2 Die Etikette muss in mindestens einer Amtssprache des Ortes, an dem die behandelte Ware in Verkehr gebracht wird, abgefasst sein.160

Art. 31a Labelling

1 Anyone who is responsible for the placing on the market of treated articles must:

a.
label them in accordance with Article 58 paragraphs 3, 4 and 6 of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012158; and
b.
include in the instructions for use the relevant information specified in the ORRChem159.

2 The labelling must be in at least one official language of the place where the treated article is placed on the market.160
