813.11 Ordinance of 5 June 2015 on Protection against Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Chemicals Ordinance, ChemO)
Art. 78 Beurteilungsstellen
Beurteilungsstellen sind:
- a.
- das BAG für die Belange des Schutzes des Lebens und der Gesundheit des Menschen;
- b.
- das BAFU für die Belange des Umweltschutzes und des mittelbaren Schutzes des Menschen;
- c.
- das SECO für die Belange des Arbeitnehmerschutzes.
Art. 78 Assessment authorities
The assessment authorities are:
- a.
- the FOPH, for matters concerning the protection of human life and health;
- b.
- the FOEN, for matters concerning the protection of the environment and indirect protection of human beings;
- c.
- SECO, for matters concerning the protection of workers.
