Art. 76 Weitergabe von Daten an das Ausland und an internationale Organisationen


1 Die Anmeldestelle und die Beurteilungsstellen dürfen Daten, die nicht vertraulich sind, an ausländische Behörden und Institutionen sowie internationale Organisationen weitergeben.

2 Sie dürfen vertrauliche Daten weitergeben, wenn:

a.
völkerrechtliche Vereinbarungen oder Beschlüsse internationaler Organisationen dies erfordern; oder
b.
es zur Abwendung unmittelbar drohender Gefahr für Leben oder Gesundheit des Menschen oder für die Umwelt erforderlich ist.

Art. 76 Data to be passed on to other countries and to international organisations

1 The Notification Authority and assessment authorities may pass on data that is not confidential to foreign authorities and institutions, and to international organisations.

2 They may pass on confidential data if:

a.
this is required by international agreements or decisions of international organisations; or
b.
it is necessary to prevent an imminent danger to human life or health or to the environment.
