Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf die Artikel 4 Absatz 2, 55 Absatz 3 und 56 Absätze 2 und 3 des Heilmittelgesetzes vom 15. Dezember 20001 (HMG),

verordnet:

on the basis of Articles 4 paragraph 2, 55 paragraph 3 and 56 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Therapeutic Products Act of 15 December 20001 (TPA),

ordains:
