Art. 83 Verantwortliche Behörde

Die Swissmedic trägt die Verantwortung für das Informationssystem Medizinprodukte nach Artikel 62c HMG (Informationssystem Medizinprodukte).

Art. 83 Responsible authority

Swissmedic is responsible for the medical devices information system required under Article 62c TPA (medical devices information system).
