1 Der Bundesrat erlässt die zum Vollzug erforderlichen Ausführungsbestimmungen.
2 Er legt die Gebühren fest, welche die Swissmedic für Bewilligungen, Kontrollen und Dienstleistungen erhebt. Er kann ihm diese Befugnis übertragen.
3 Er legt bei der Erteilung von Bewilligungen an Organisationen, Institutionen und Behörden im Sinne von Artikel 14a im Einzelfall die Befugnisse, die näheren Voraussetzungen ihrer Ausübung sowie die Art und Weise der durchzuführenden Kontrolle fest. Er kann bei der Regelung der Kontrolle nötigenfalls vom Gesetz abweichende Vorschriften erlassen.

2 It shall specify the fees that Swissmedic charges for licences, controls and services. It may delegate his power to Swissmedic.
3 It shall specify in specific cases the powers, the detailed requirements for their exercise and the methods for the required controls when granting licences to organisations, institutions and authorities as defined in Article 14a. It may if necessary issue alternative regulations to the Act when regulating the controls.
