Art. 43a Übergangsbestimmung zur Änderung vom 12. Dezember 2014

Die Berichterstattung und die Unterbreitung von Vorschlägen nach Artikel 14a Absatz 4 erfolgt erstmals spätestens fünf Jahre nach Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 12. Dezember 2014.

Art. 43a Transitional Provision to the Amendment of 12 December 2014

The submission of reports and proposals in accordance with Article 14a paragraph 4 shall take place for the first time five years after the Amendment of 12 December 2014 comes into force.
