742.161 Ordinance of 17 December 2014 on the Safety Investigation of Transport Incidents (OSITI)
Art. 55 Statistik
1 Die SUST veröffentlicht jährlich Statistiken über Zwischenfälle.
2 Sie liefert die Informationen über Zwischenfälle:
- a.
- im Bereich der Zivilluftfahrt an die Internationale Zivilluftfahrt-Organisation (International Civil Aviation Organization, ICAO), die Europäische Zivilluftfahrt-Konferenz (European Civil Aviation Conference, ECAC) und die Europäische Agentur für Flugsicherheit (European Aviation Safety Agency, EASA);
- b.
- im Bereich der Seeschifffahrt an die Internationale Seeschifffahrts-Organisation (International Maritime Organization, IMO).
Art. 55 Statistics
1 The STSB shall publish annual statistics on incidents.
2 It shall send the information on incidents:
- a.
- related to civil aviation to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA);
- b.
- related to maritime navigation to the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
