Safeguards Ordinance of 4 June 2021 (SaO)
1 Die verantwortliche Person nach Artikel 13 hat dem BFE die Berichte nach Anhang 2 Ziffer 2 einzureichen.
2 Sie hat dem BFE für ausser Betrieb genommene Anlagen die Demontage oder Unbrauchbarmachung von Essential Equipment vierteljährlich zu melden.
3 Die Berichterstattungspflichten enden, sobald die IAEO aufgrund der Angaben nach Absatz 2 die Anlage bezüglich Safeguards als stillgelegt bezeichnet.
1 The person responsible for reports and inspections under Article 13 shall submit the reports in accordance with Annex 2 number 2 to the SFOE.
2 In the case of closed-down facilities, he or she shall report each quarter to the SFOE on the removal or disablement of essential equipment.
3 The reporting obligations end as soon as the IAEA declares the facility to be decommissioned in relation to safeguards.
