1 Der Bundesrat beobachtet dauernd die Versorgungslage und ordnet die für die Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Landesversorgung erforderlichen statistischen Erhebungen an.
2 Dabei stützt er sich auf Erhebungen anderer Behörden und der Wirtschaft. Er stellt sicher, dass die Erhebung und Bearbeitung der statistischen Daten nicht zu Wettbewerbsverzerrungen führt.
1 The Federal Council shall constantly monitor the supply situation and commission statistical surveys required to guarantee national economic supply.
2 In this it refers to surveys conducted by other authorities and by the private sector. It ensures that the gathering and processing of statistical data does not distort competition.
