Art. 40 Vollzugsbestimmungen des Bundesrates

1 Der Bundesrat erlässt die Vollzugsbestimmungen zu diesem Gesetz.

2 Er regelt darin insbesondere Form und Inhalt der Bewilligungen.

3 Er bestimmt die Behörden, welche Daten direkt in die Datenbanken des Bundes eingeben.165

4 Er kann Vollzugsaufgaben dem BAZG übertragen.166

Art. 40 Implementing provisions of the Federal Council

1 The Federal Council shall issue the implementing provisions for this Act.

2 In these provisions, it regulates, in particular, the form and content of the permits.

3 It determines which authorities enter data into the federal databases.165

4 It may delegate implementation tasks to the FOCBS.166
