1 Dieses Gesetz gilt weder für die Armee noch für den Nachrichtendienst des Bundes noch für die Zoll- und die Polizeibehörden. Es gilt mit Ausnahme der Artikel 32abis, 32c und 32j auch nicht für die Militärverwaltungen.6
2 Für antike Waffen gelten nur die Artikel 27 und 28 sowie die entsprechenden Strafbestimmungen dieses Gesetzes. Als antike Waffen gelten vor 1870 hergestellte Feuerwaffen sowie vor 1900 hergestellte Hieb-, Stich- und andere Waffen.
3 Die Bestimmungen der eidgenössischen Jagd- und Militärgesetzgebung bleiben vorbehalten.

1 This Act does not apply to the Swiss Army, the Federal Intelligence Service, the customs authorities or the police services. Nor does it apply to the military authorities, with the exception of Articles 32abis, 32c and 32j.6
