Art. 25 Behördenbeschwerde

1 Gegen Verfügungen der kantonalen Behörden betreffend Tierversuche stehen dem BLV die Rechtsmittel des kantonalen und des eidgenössischen Rechts zu.

2 Die kantonalen Behörden eröffnen ihre Entscheide sofort dem BLV.

Art. 25 Public authority appeal

1 The FSVO may lodge a formal appeal under cantonal and federal law against rulings issued by cantonal authorities with regard to animal experiments.

2 The cantonal authorities must immediately inform the FSVO of their decisions.
