Art. 4

Beim heimatlichen Landschafts- und Ortsbild, den geschichtlichen Stätten sowie den Natur- und Kulturdenkmälern gemäss Artikel 24sexies Absatz 2 der Bundesverfassung19, sind zu unterscheiden:

a.
Objekte von nationaler Bedeutung;
b.
Objekte von regionaler und lokaler Bedeutung.

Art. 4

With regard to heritage landscapes and sites of local character, historical sites, and natural and cultural monuments within the meaning of Article 24sexies paragraph 2 of the Federal Constitution19, a distinction must be made between:

a.
sites of national importance;
b.
sites of regional and local importance.
