Art. 24e

Wer ein aufgrund dieses Gesetzes geschütztes Natur- oder Kulturdenkmal, eine geschützte geschichtliche Stätte, eine geschützte Naturlandschaft, ein geschütztes Biotop oder geschützte Ufervegetation beschädigt, kann unabhängig von einem Strafverfahren verpflichtet werden:

a.
die widerrechtlich getroffenen Massnahmen rückgängig zu machen;
b.
die Kosten zu übernehmen, die aus der Beseitigung des Schadens entstehen;
c.
angemessenen Ersatz zu leisten, wenn die Wiederherstellung nicht möglich ist.

Art. 24e

Any person who damages a natural or cultural monument protected under this Act, a protected historical site, a protected natural landscape, a protected biotope or protected riparian vegetation may, irrespective of any criminal proceedings, be required:

a.
to reverse the illegal measures;
b.
to pay the costs of remedying the damage;
c.
to take appropriate compensatory measures if the damage is irreparable.
