Art. 23 Referendum und Inkrafttreten

1 Dieses Gesetz untersteht dem fakultativen Referendum.

2 Der Bundesrat bestimmt das Inkrafttreten.

Art. 23 Referendum and commencement

1 This Act is subject to an optional referendum.

2 The Federal Council determines the date on which this Act comes into force.
