Art. 12 Anstellungsverhältnisse

1 Die Geschäftsleitung und das übrige Personal unterstehen:

a.
dem BPG19; und
b.
den Ausführungsbestimmungen zum BPG, soweit die Regelungen des Verwaltungsrats nach Absatz 2 nichts anderes bestimmen.

2 Der Verwaltungsrat erlässt soweit erforderlich weitere Ausführungsbestimmungen über die Anstellungsverhältnisse des Personals; diese bedürfen der Genehmigung durch den Bundesrat.

3 Die Innosuisse ist Arbeitgeberin im Sinne von Artikel 3 Absatz 2 BPG.

Art. 12 Employment contracts

1 The members of the Executive Committee and other personnel shall be subject to:

a.
the FPA19; and
b.
the Implementing Provisions to the FPA, insofar as the Board of Directors does not decide otherwise under paragraph 2 below.

2 The Board of Directors shall, where necessary, issue additional implementing provisions on employment contracts; said provisions shall require Federal Council approval.

3 Innosuisse is an employer within the meaning of Article 3 paragraph 2 FPA.
