Art. 63 Übergangsbestimmungen

1 Für die Gewährung der Overheadbeiträge der Innosuisse sowie für die Einzelheiten der Beitragsbemessung gilt bis zum Inkrafttreten der Bestimmungen über die Finanzierung und die Bundesbeiträge nach dem 7. und dem 8. Kapitel des HFKG58, längstens jedoch bis zum 31. Dezember 2016, Artikel 10s Absätze 6 und 7 mit Anhang sowie die dazugehörige Übergangsbestimmung vom 24. November 201059 der Forschungs- und Innovationsförderungsverordnung vom 10. Juni 1985.

2 Bis zum Inkrafttreten der Kapitel 1–5 des HFKG hat Artikel 52 Absatz 2, zweiter Satz folgenden Wortlaut:

Art. 63 Transitional provisions

1 For the granting of funding for overheads by Innosuisse and for the details of the calculation of funding contributions, the Ordinance of 10 June 1985 on the Promotion of Research and Innovation, and Article 10s paragraphs 6 and 7 with annex and the corresponding transitional provisions of 24 November 201058, shall apply until the entry into force of the provisions on funding and federal funding contributions under Chapters 7 and 8 HEdA59, but no later than 31 December 2016.

2 Until the entry into force of Chapters 1–5 HEdA, Article 52 paragraph 2, second sentence has the following wording:
