Art. 61

1 Der Schweizerische Wissenschaftsrat (SWR)54 ist eine ständige Verwaltungskommission nach Artikel 8a Absatz 2 der Regierungs- und Verwaltungsorganisationsverordnung vom 25. November 199855. Er ist administrativ dem WBF zugeordnet.

2 Er führt eine eigene Geschäftsstelle.

3 Die Mittel für den Betrieb des SWR werden im Voranschlag des SBFI eingestellt.

Art. 61

1 The Swiss Science Council (SSC)54 is a permanent advisory committee under Article 8a paragraph 2 Government and Administration Organisation Ordinance of 25 November 199855. Administratively, it is assigned to the EAER.

2 It runs its own administrative office.

3 The resources for the SSTC’s operations shall be set in the SERI budget.
