Art. 55 Voraussetzungen

¹ Bauinvestitionsbeiträge werden gewährt, wenn das Vorhaben:

a.: Kosten von mehr als fünf Millionen Franken auslöst;
b.: wirtschaftlich ist;
c.: die Erfordernisse der Aufgabenteilung und der Zusammenarbeit unter den Hochschulen erfüllt;
d.: hohe ökologische und energetische Standards beachtet; und
e.: behindertengerecht ausgestaltet wird.

² Baunutzungsbeiträge werden gewährt, wenn:

a.: die Nutzung jährlich wiederkehrende Kosten von mehr als 300 000 Franken auslöst;
b.: die Nutzung für mindestens fünf Jahre fest vereinbart ist;
c.: die Nutzung wirtschaftlich ist;
d.: die Nutzung die Erfordernisse der Aufgabenteilung und der Zusammenarbeit unter den Hochschulen erfüllt;
e.: der genutzte Bau hohe ökologische und energetische Standards erfüllt; und
f.: der genutzte Bau behindertengerecht ausgestaltet ist.

Art. 55 Requirements

¹ Contributions are paid for building construction if the building project:

a.: costs more than CHF 5 million;
b.: is cost-effective;
c.: satisfies the requirements for the allocation of tasks and cooperation among higher education institutions;
d.: meets stringent environmental and energy efficiency standards; and
e.: includes facilitated access for the disabled.

² Contributions for building usage are paid if:

a.: usage entails recurring costs exceeding CHF 300,000;
b.: usage has been agreed for a period of at least five years;
c.: usage is cost-effective;
d.: usage satisfies the requirements for the allocation of tasks and cooperation among higher education institutions;
e.: the building used meets stringent environmental and energy efficiency standards; and
f.: the building used includes facilitated access for the disabled.
